Coupling RFQ: define the complete request.
Use this checklist to prepare a specification-led inquiry. Treat every unanswered technical or commercial item as a request for confirmation.
Product identity
State the coupling model and product name. Keep the line reference from your bill of materials or purchasing schedule.
Sizes and connection details
List the requested size for each end or branch. Attach a drawing reference where the arrangement needs explanation. Mark dimensions you still need confirmed.
Quantities and grouping
Write a quantity for each exact configuration. Separate items by project, delivery group or packaging requirement where relevant.
Project conditions
Provide the intended service and your required operating conditions. Ask for confirmation against the exact proposed product; do not treat a catalog photograph as approval.
Review documents
Name the drawings, material information, certification or inspection records your approval process requires. Request confirmation of availability and scope.
Commercial request
State the destination, requested delivery date and quotation currency. Ask for the applicable minimum quantity, payment, freight and validity terms.
Approval ownership
Identify who can approve the technical configuration and who handles the commercial order. Record open questions before final purchase approval.

Take the checklist with you.
